Saving on Lunch Bags and Kids' Bedroom Accessories

When my kids were little I would splurge on a cute Tupperware type container to use for their daily school snacks. 20 years later we still use the containers and have saved by not buying plastic baggies.

Also, when the latest Disney or cartoon craze was popular and the kids wanted to redecorate their rooms or beds, I would just buy the pillow case. That is the part they see on the bed and get to sleep on.

We still have plain sheets, but an assortment of pillow cases with the Little Mermaid, The Lion King, 101 Dalmatians, turtles, sports teams, etc.
